Andre Young was born on February, 18th, 1965 in Los Angeles. It began the DJ in Los Angeles club «Eve After Dark». Then he was engaged in manufacturing of mixes. He wrote down the demos-records in a small room on a tape recorder together with the future members of group NWA, Yella and Lonzo WIlliams. The first of them was Surgery, unpretentious a techno-track with a repeating phrase «Calling Dr Dre to surgery» - «Doctor Dre is caused on operation». These employment of a distance of Andre necessary experience with musical tracks, and the first track - a pseudonym of Andre, Dr Dre. In 17 years Andre has based «World Class Wreckin 'Cru», and there was group NWA - «Niggaz With Attitude» a bit later. The first album NWA under name Straight Outta Compton c significant track Fuck Tha Police has caused many disputes, finally, the group began to be pursued FBI that has brought it still more authority among admirers. So members of group became pioneers of a gangsta-rap, but also, rich and well-known persons.

Through Warren G, the stepbrother, Dre gets acquainted with beginning rapper Snoop Dogg and starts to work with it. In 1992 Andre leaves group and lets out a solo album, The Chronic in which executes all tracks half with Snoop Dogg. The album had the big success, Dre has received for it two awards of the Grammy. Thanks to singles Nuthin ' But a ' G 'Thang, Dre Day, Let Me Ride the album became multiplatinum and has changed the person of hip-hop all over the world. Hide review
